A wonderful offer from the Welcome Gym – offering 10 weeks of relaxation!
Thanks to funding from Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System we were able to offer a weekly well being class every Tuesday starting on October 31st. This was a truly lovely gesture and was very well received by all!
