"I would like to take the opportunity through this newsletter to thank you all, the staff of welcome to the uk and all the volunteers for their outstanding efforts during the year.

We have some of the best people working for W2UK and their efforts will continue to place the charity in a strong position to capture the opportunities ahead.

I would also like to thank the trustee board members for their continued support during the year. We have had a challenging but solid year and the outlook is positive.

The conditions are favorable and the charity is well positioned to continue to prosper into the future.

We will continue to work hard and serve to the community with devotion and passion."

One of the priorities is to explore further funding opportunities and hopefully to expand our activities in other areas of the county.

I look forward to the year ahead with confidence.

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our new Southend Hub Coordinator Elsa Nathan, who came onboard in August.

Elsa has already made a significant impact, notably as the driving force that will shape how our charity operates over the next year and beyond.

Elsa brings an energy, enthusiasm and passion that she shares with our people every day.

Welcome Elsa, I am sure you will bring significant input in every aspect of welcome to the uk." - Ilda Stafa, CEO
