Since 2017, we have partnered with Healthwatch and the idea behind this was to show our members all the departments of Southend University Hospital. The staff at Southend University Hospital gave our families a tour of all the different sections to familiarise them with the services and become more confident in knowing where to go and what to do should they need to use the hospital.
