There is a free bus service from our hub to Garon Park. This event is sponsored by Southend City Council, with the help of Wellbeing @ Garon Park.
Our Friendship Meals take place once a month.
Each meal has a theme, allowing everyone to find out more about a special event or tradition. In April, we had an Easter Egg Hunt around Garon Park.
In May, we celebrated the Coronation and in June we welcomed the summer solstice with some outdoors exercise.
