Last Friday at our Friendship Group

We were thrilled to welcome Brook organisation to our session, where they shared valuable information about the services they offer. Brook is a sexual health clinic that provides confidential advice and support on sexual health, contraception, and overall wellbeing.

Our Friendship Groups are a fantastic way to learn more about the amazing organisations in our community and how they can support you!

A particularly insightful discussion on menopause sparked great conversation and was incredibly useful for our members. It’s so important to have these open discussions and learn from one another.
