💙 Last Friday, we were honoured to be part of the Stop the Hate Conference in Basildon, organised by the Basildon Twinning Association.

It was a fantastic community event that brought together a wide range of local organisations, giving us the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. 🤝

Held as part of the Remembering Srebrenica initiative, the conference highlighted the importance of standing together against hatred, discrimination, prejudice, and division. It was a day of learning, reflection, and inspiration that reminded us how every one of us can help build a kinder and more inclusive community. 💙

The speakers shared powerful messages about the importance of looking after our mental health, recognising that domestic abuse affects men and boys as well as women and girls, and the need to work together to create safer, stronger, and more compassionate communities. 🌍❤️
