This week, we’ve been celebrating Refugee Week with a variety of activities under the beautiful theme “Community is a Superpower.”
From meaningful creative projects like our Community Tree 🌳where visitors shared heartfelt messages and artwork, to joyful cultural workshops and performances, we’ve come together to honour the strength, talents, and stories that refugees bring to our communities.
We also had the joy of celebrating with our friends at Southend Adult Community College where we met incredible people, standing united in our shared mission to welcome, support, and empower refugees across Southend.
We are proud and privileged to serve incredible individuals from extraordinary backgrounds, and every day, we’re reminded that our community is stronger because of them. 💛
