🛡️ Safeguarding Training – Session 2 Wrapped Up!

We’ve just concluded the second and final part of our Basic Awareness Safeguarding Training here at Welcome to the UK and it was another powerful, insightful session. Led by Paul Hill, Business Manager at the Southend Safeguarding Partnership, the training gave our team a deeper understanding of how to respond effectively when concerns about safety or wellbeing arise. From exploring different types of risk to recognising less obvious signs of harm, this session helped us strengthen our approach to supporting the people we work with.

 We also looked at practical ways to promote a protective culture across all our services,ensuring that our staff are not only informed but empowered to take action when needed.
