We always look for ways to help our members; to improve their quality of life and give them opportunities to gain new skills or learn more about what our city has to offer. With the current cost-of-living crisis, we do our best to support the families and individuals who come to our hub.
We offer FoodBank vouchers as well as extra support for those in need. Please speak to us if you need help.
As part of the ABSS Festival of Conversations, we were able to take some of our members to Centre Place Children's Centre (SS1 2JD), to find out more about the F.O.O.D (Food On Our Doorstep) club. It is a great way to save money on groceries while doing something good for our planet. To find out more, click here.
LAPTOPS FOR CHILDREN
We are very pleased to have been able to offer a free laptop to 55 children, thanks to a wonderful charity called Every Child Online. We are still working with them and we hope to be able to provide more laptops in the future.
